Monterey 3 Bed 2 Bath Executive Condos (all in the main Vista Cay Resort area) are situated in four storey buildings with dual elevators and interior corridors, units accessed through a main entrance and lobby area. The lounge consists of comfortable seating and a widescreen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a king or queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, the second and third bedrooms will have either a double sized bed or twin beds, and there is a second shared bathroom.
Floor plan is approximately 2,100 sq ft. Some condos have a sleeper sofa in the lounge. Condo sleeps up to 6 or 8 persons.
